Split Cables Glands

By using Icotek split cable glands, pre-terminated cables with diameters from 1 to 35 mm can quickly be routed into enclosures, control panels or machines and sealed up to IP66/IP68/UL Type 4X rated.

In addition, the cable glands act as strain reliefs on the cable. The split cable glands enable quick and easy installation, which is an ideal solution for retrofitting and maintenance.

Cable Entry Frames

Using the patented cable entry system based on Icotek technology, a large number of pre-terminated cables (up to 65 mm in diameter) and unplugged cables (up to 75 mm in diameter) can quickly be fed into enclosures, control panels or machines and sealed up to IP66/UL type 4X (certified according to EN 60529/UL50-E ).

The cable entry frames also act as strain relief on the cable (according to EN 62444).

The split cable entry system enables quick and easy installation, which is an optimal solution for retrofit and maintenance.

EMC solutions

For process measurement and control equipment, an even higher level of protection against faults is required. EMC shielding and grounding are very important.

The area where the cable shield is connected to the enclosure ground is a critical point. It is very important that the connection has a low resistance.

All Icotek EMC cable clamps for shielding cable diameters from 1.5 to 75 mm have been tested with different frequency ranges and in all tests there was minimal leakage resistance.

EMC

In case of conducted EMI disturbances, our split cable entry system EMC-KEL-DS and our split cable gland EMC-KVT-DS offer an effective way to redirect and block these disturbances.

This solution provides an alternative to conventional EMC cable glands - especially when routing cables with connectors.

Enclosure lighting: TUBE

The TUBE system luminaire provides efficient lighting for machinery and equipment with M12 connectors for standardized connection.

It comes with a robust machine luminaire with the highest quality standards/IP67. The luminaire is easy to install, can be rotated360° and has a lifetime of approximately 50,000 operating hours.

Depending on the application, we offer different materials for the pipes: chemical resistant borosilicate glass and in impact and resistant polycarbonate. This means that varying temperatures, oil, water or different chemicals do not affect brightness or lifetime.

Blackboard lighting: ALU-LINE

ALU-LINE is innovative LED lighting for cabinets in industrial and IT applications. She aluminum housing of the luminaires significantly increases both quality and stability.

High Power LED illuminates with 1350 lumens and provides a balanced, homogeneous area light. ALU-LINE can be daisy-chained and connected to a door switch and comes with an integrated socket in EU, CH, BE or GB versions.

Enclosure lighting: ALLIO

With its compact design and 190° rotating tube, the ALLIO system luminaire offers space-saving LED lighting for panels in industrial and IT applications. This also enables easy retrofitting in existing panels.

ALLIO illuminates with 1050 lumen high power LEDs and has a lifetime of 50,000 hours. The opal white polycarbonate tube provides a homogeneous, glare-free area light.

TPS door contact

The TPS door control switch is specially developed for use in control panels and 19" server racks. This switch makes it possible to monitor the status of the enclosure door and automatically turn the enclosure luminaires on or off when the door is opened or closed. Thus, the lifetime of the luminaires can be extended.

The door position switch is simply mounted via screws. Various adapters serve as mounting aids on numerous frame profiles from different enclosure manufacturers.

TPS is available with two cable lengths (0.6 m or 1.5 m) and C18 connectors (angled or straight) for the ALU-LINE and ALLIO series.
