A proven modular building solution with great flexibility, adaptable to high equipment loads, harsh ambient air conditions, fire and seismic ground movements.

ModCon® can be delivered fully factory assembled and routinely tested with technical installations, ready to be quickly commissioned on site.

As standard, the load-bearing structure is made of galvanized sheet steel (Z275), but can also be made of Magnelis® sheet steel for extra high corrosion resistance (C5), stainless, acid-resistant stainless steel or aluminum.

The load-bearing structure is welded for a light and strong construction. 

ModCon® modules can be built together.
