Internal salesperson for the Industry team

If you have the ability to pull things together in a busy day and are passionate about seeing things through to the end, we have an exciting position available.

We want to further strengthen our competent sales organization, as it is important to us that our customers and partners experience us as competent, committed and reliable people who proactively follow up on all tasks and who can be trusted.

You will be part of our competent back-office team, where your primary focus area will be to support the Industry team. In this context, you will have some responsibilities and tasks that you are accountable for.

In the team, we always think about the big picture and reaching our common goals. This means an everyday life with influence on everything from big to small in a team of committed team players who are used to helping each other.

As an internal technical salesperson, you will ensure that all orders and agreements are met and that the customer is always in focus at the right time and place.

The tasks are:

• Together with the rest of the Back Office team, ensure that quoting, execution of customer orders and follow-up are done in a timely and correct manner. 
• Develop and nurture existing customer relationships at home and to a lesser extent abroad.
• Put together value-adding technical solutions for our customers.
• Periodically ensure certificates, datasheets etc. are updated on the products you are responsible for.
• Attend trade shows to a limited extent and seek out new leads.

Requirements for you:

• You have a degree in electrical engineering.
• You have technical understanding and insight - i.e. you can read and understand drawings and draw relevant conclusions regarding customer needs, agreements made and possible consequences in situations where things do not go as planned.
• You are structured and focused in your approach to tasks and are able to keep many balls in the air at the same time - and don't lose your footing if the plan suddenly changes.
• You are a good relationship builder and know how to communicate at all levels with straightforward and understandable language.
• You are used to communicating by phone.
• You must be IT literate and fluent in written and spoken English.
• You are a team player but can also work independently.
