External sales representative for the Industry team

If you are passionate about the mutual, value-creating dialog with existing customers and are motivated by finding and creating new customer relationships, read on.

We want to further strengthen our competent sales organization, as it is important to us that our existing and new customers and partners experience us as competent and committed people who proactively follow up on all tasks and who can be trusted.

As an external sales representative, you will be responsible for selling electrical and installation products to machine builders, panel builders, industry and OEM customers throughout Denmark. You will be based at your home address or office in Aalborg, where you will be part of the Industry team.

In the team, we always keep the big picture in mind and achieve our common goals. This means an everyday life with influence on everything from big to small in a team of committed team players who are used to helping each other.

The tasks are:

  • Sales outreach to existing machine builder, panel builder, industrial and OEM customers

  • Seek out new leads and make them part of Duelco's customer portfolio

  • Put together value-adding technical solutions for our customers and prepare quotations as a result

  • Follow up on quotes and ensure they turn into orders

  • In collaboration with the back-office team, ensure timely and accurate quoting, execution of customer orders and follow-up

  • Attend trade shows primarily in Denmark and to a lesser extent abroad

Requirements for you:

  • You are proactive and persistent in your approach to sales, and with your good negotiation and communication skills you can close the sale in a professional manner.

  • You see opportunities for both Duelco and the customer and always focus on what creates value for both parties and can lead to a good deal.

  • You have an electrical education and therefore technical understanding and insight.

  • You can read and understand drawings and draw relevant conclusions regarding customer needs, agreements made and possible consequences in situations where things do not go as planned.

  • You are structured and focused in your approach to tasks and manage to keep many balls in the air at the same time - but don't lose your footing if the plan suddenly changes.

  • You are a good relationship builder and know how to communicate at all levels with straightforward and understandable language.

  • You must be IT literate and fluent in written and spoken English.

  • You are a team player but can also work independently.
