Full or partial integration

Duelco performs electrical installation for local power, lighting, sockets, cable ladders, earthing systems and potential equalization in technical buildings.

Cooling and heating in houses is delivered and installed as needed.

In addition, we also perform full integration of technical houses according to customer requests.

We install customer deliveries such as switchboards, batteries, isolation transformers, etc. so that everything is ready for use when the house is placed on site.

FAT & Sat tests are then performed.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning

HVAC solutions usually include heating, free cooling and pressurization with filtered outdoor air to minimize dust ingress and active compressor cooling.

Cooling solutions are designed as split systems with wall- or ceiling-mounted internal parts or as wall- or ceiling-mounted units.

Solutions are also available for cooling via air/liquid cooler, water/liquid cooler and air/air or water/air (HEX) heat exchanger. Optional solutions are available for arctic and tropical climates, high temperature areas and for areas with highly corrosive outdoor air.

  • One-way and two-way fire protection

CASE: HALDOR TOPSØE

Two, fully equipped 40" containers

Haldor Topsøe has developed a method to convertCO2 into CO.

The name eCOs™ stands for "electrolytic carbon monoxide solution" and the heart of an eCOs™ device is a solid oxide electrolysis cell (SOEC). At elevated temperatures, this cell efficiently reducesCO2 to CO through the electrochemical electrolysis process.

Carbon monoxide users who currently rely on having their CO transported or shipped to the production site are now able to produce it themselves.

For this application, tic elkas A/S and Duelco A/S jointly supplied the technical installations in two 40'' containers.

The containers contain power supplies and a process control system for two identical Topsøe eCOs plants. Cabinets, UPS power systems and battery back-up are supplied and installed by tic elkas A/S.

Duelco A/S has supplied the 40'' container with complete installations such as integrated 2 x 20kW cooling units to ensure the right temperature, fire alarms, heating, lighting and cable trays.

We congratulate Haldor Topsøe on the two new containers and hope they have great success with their newCO2 to CO technology.
