Protect assets from rust & corrosion
Zerust® products work by releasing a harmless, non-toxic, odorless, colorless vapor into the air around the metal object.
Protective molecules attach to all exposed metal surfaces and form a very thin protective layer that is only a few molecules thick. This molecular layer inhibits electrochemical reactions on the surface of the metal that cause corrosion.
Exposed metal surfaces protected by Zerust® benefit from a long-lasting shield against rust, tarnishing and corrosion.

Zerust® capsules
The robust capsules contain the same type of "volatile" corrosion protection as the rest of the Zerust® packaging range.
Once one or more capsules have been placed in the defined volume, it is saturated with Zerust® VCI molecules, which form an anti-corrosion layer on all exposed surfaces.
The enclosures are widely used in switchboards and electrical cabinets to protect electrical equipment, control systems, machines and computers.

In addition to the same VCI components as the rest of the Zerust® packaging range, Zerust films also contain contact protection.
The item to be protected against corrosion is placed in or wrapped in the Zerust film and a defined volume is established.
Zerust® VCI molecules form a corrosion protection layer on all exposed surfaces.
Due to the addition of contact protection in the film, items that are in direct contact with the film are also protected, even if the volatile corrosion inhibitor has difficulty reaching them.

Zerust® has also translated the VCI effect into several different liquid forms, all aimed at protecting a given item.
The basic idea behind the idea of the anti-corrosion oil protection is for items to be easy to clean using a common alkaline detergent or water pressure.
Zerust® has fluid products for multiple stages of production from processing and cleaning to storage and shipping.
Axxanol 34CD
An easy-flowing lubricating oil with VCI effect that can be used for all metals. This oil is often used on large surfaces and hard-to-reach surfaces such as threads or milled elements. Axxanol 34CD works well with Zerust® plastic products for an optimized wrapping solution. Protects indoors for up to 6 months.
Axxatec 80C
A water-based additive concentrate which, diluted with water, can be used for corrosion protection of ferrous. Axxatec 80C is easy to apply, fast drying and effective for indoor storage and covered transportation. Protects indoors for up to 12 months.
Axxanol Spray-G
An oil-based grease protection that is sprayed on. Spray-G does not harden and is therefore easy to clean. Protects indoors for up to 24 months and outdoors for up to 12 months.
AxxaCoat 90B HFS
A corrosion preventive coating ideal for protecting metal parts. Used for outdoor protection and in challenging overseas shipping applications where a durable yet removable coating is required. Protects indoors for up to 36 months and outdoors for up to 12 months.
Axxanol KMZ-417
A fully synthetic lubricating and anti-corrosion oil. The product protects against corrosion and creates good anti-wear properties even when parts are exposed to salt water and extreme low temperatures.
Axxaclean 2048
If corrosion needs to be removed in an easy and environmentally friendly way, Axxaclean is a good product. It is water-based and can remove light corrosion.
