Their innovative systems ventilate, cool, dehumidify, heat, control and illuminate enclosures for the automation, telecom and medical industries, as well as challenging environments such as the food industry, machine builders and wind industry.

In general, the need for better thermal management is increasing as automation of production processes uses more and more electronic components. These components generate a large power loss, which is converted into heat. The rising temperatures inside the cabinets have a negative impact on the lifecycle of components in the panels. Therefore, it is crucial to choose optimal thermal management.

All our products are manufactured to international standards and certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The cooling capacity values of their cabinet cooling units correspond to EN14511.

Indoor cooling units

Seifert indoor cooling units can be front or side mounted on the panel, both surface or recessed and can be top mounted.

The modern and compact design enables an optimal ratio between cooling capacity and dimensions.

All cooling units come in powder-coated housing with cooling capacities from 320 W to 6.2 kW.

We also offer stainless steel housings for increased corrosion protection or for heavily contaminated environments.

Cooling type: SLIMLINE PRO

The new mounting system enables quick and easy installation thanks to simplified cabinet cut-outs. SLIMLINE PRO cooling units can either be surface-mounted or built into the panel.

The microchannel condenser uses up to 50% less refrigerant, leading to a significant reduction in CO₂equivalence.

Compared to conventional cabinet cooling units the energy-efficient SLIMLINE PRO cooling units use up to 30% less power.

SLIMLINE PRO cooling units have an extended temperature range from 10°C-60°C to guarantee reliable operation even in extreme heat.

IP 55/UL Type 12 (expandable to IP 56/UL Type 3, 3R, 4 and 4X in stainless steel housing).

Cooling type: SLIMLINE VARIO

The compact compressor can be set to the required cooling capacity with variable speed via a controller and thus only uses the amount of power actually needed to cool the current power losses.

By continuously adjusting the cooling capacity, a very constant cabinet temperature is achieved, which means that the electronic components and cooling unit are under significantly less strain. It also minimizes the formation of condensation inside the enclosure.

All this leads to higher reliability, longer lifetime and energy savings of up to 76%. The microchannel condenser also allows the use of significantly less refrigerant and thus a reduction in CO₂equivalent.

Cooling type: SLIMLINE

High-quality products form the basis for the smooth operation and long service life of SLIMLINE air conditioners. The optimized wide-ribbed aluminum condenser provides improved cooling performance and ensures reliability in industrial operation.

SLIMLINE cooling units are completely filterless and therefore virtually maintenance-free. Cooling capacities from 320 W up to 1.5 KW are available. All units can be wall-mounted or recessed, are only 110 mm deep (up to 520 W cooling capacity) and are therefore currently the thinnest air conditioners on the market .

For challenging environments such as the food industry, SLIMLINE models can be equipped with NEMA 4X protection.

Cooling type: COMPACT

Thanks to the nanocoated condenser, COMPACT INDOOR panel cooling units can be used in most industrial applications without filters.

The condenser's large fins (> 4 mm) allow dust and even smaller particles to flow through. This reduces the risk of the condenser clogging, resulting in longer service and maintenance intervals.

Different filters can be installed for highly contaminated environments.

Cooling capacities range from 320 W to 4 kW. As standard, COMPACT air conditioners come powder-coated (RAL 7035) and can be ordered either for wall mounting or recessed installation. For applications that require hygiene or a high level of corrosion protection, the units can be equipped with a stainless steel hood.

Cooling type: SOLITHERM TOP

SOLITHERM TOP roof-mounted cabinet cooling units operate completely without filters and are therefore maintenance-free and guarantee a high level of safety for electronic equipment. They are characterized by maximum cooling performance with minimal space requirements.

The units are energy efficient, environmentally friendly and a suitable alternative to cabinet cooling when there is no space on the sides or doors of the cabinet.

Refrigeration type: COMPACT OUTDOOR

COMPACT OUTDOOR panel cooling units have a protection class of IP 56 or UL Type 12, 3, 3R, 4. The units are designed for wall mounting and have separate internal and ambient air circuits.

Duelco's NEMA/UL Type 4X refrigeration units are designed for corrosive environments such as the food industry. They have an additional cabinet heater and are available in stainless steel AISI 304 (V2A) or AISI 316 (V4A).

The operating temperature range of -20˚C to 55˚C guarantees smooth operation even at very low temperatures or in extreme heat.

Cooling type: SOLITHERM PROTEC

SOLITHERM PROTEC panel cooling units are designed for use in extremely harsh environments, for example for applications in the petrochemical industry, water treatment plants and port areas.

The coated condenser, coated inner tubes on the ambient side and a stainless steel housing made of V4A (AISI 316) ensure improved protection against chemicals and salt spray.

Protection classes IP 56, NEMA/Type 12, 3R, 4X and a temperature range of -40˚C to 60˚C ensure that the electronics are always kept at the desired temperature, even in corrosive environments.
