LightSite®

When lightweight is essential

LightSite® is a lightweight modular building solution designed for broadband technology buildings globally.

The construction is self-supporting with a rigid sandwich structure and integrated frame, and can be mass-produced and delivered as a flat-pack.

LightSite® comes fully factory assembled and tested with technical installations (power, cooling, racks, UPS) ready for quick commissioning.

The unit can be lifted by the roof and placed on point foundations. Since 2000, over 10,000 units have been successfully delivered both nationally and internationally.

ModCon®

Robust Modular Solution

ModCon® is a modular solution with high flexibility, designed to handle high equipment loads, harsh air environments, fire and seismic activities.

It comes fully factory assembled and tested, ready for quick commissioning. Standard construction is in galvanized sheet steel (Z275), but can also be manufactured in Magnelis® for extra corrosion resistance, stainless steel, acid-proof stainless steel or aluminium.

The welded construction is both lightweight and strong, and ModCon housings can be lifted by the roof with equipment weighing up to 50 tons.

They can be delivered fully equipped with electrical installations, switchgear, panels and possibly a toilet, in one or two buildings that are assembled on-site.

ModCon housings are placed on point or edge foundations.
Since the first delivery in 2000, over 1,000 units have been successfully delivered to international projects.

ConISO®

Modular steel construction for global transportation

ConISO® is a robust, durable and cost-effective modular building solution made of rust-resistant corten steel, based on an ISO-standardized shipping container.

The ISO container is produced in Asia, shipped to Europe as export cargo and adapted here for ConISO®.

After optimization, technical equipment can be installed without affecting load capacity or safety classification (CSC).

The fully installed container can be transported cost-effectively by truck, train and container ship. ConISO® is ideal for projects that require serial production with high delivery rates and short lead times, and all equipment is effectively protected from environmental impacts.
