ModCon® is a modular solution with high flexibility, designed to handle high equipment loads, harsh air environments, fire and seismic activities.

It comes fully factory assembled and tested, ready for quick commissioning. Standard construction is in galvanized sheet steel (Z275), but can also be manufactured in Magnelis® for extra corrosion resistance, stainless steel, acid-proof stainless steel or aluminium.

The welded construction is both lightweight and strong, and ModCon housings can be lifted by the roof with equipment weighing up to 50 tons.

They can be delivered fully equipped with electrical installations, switchgear, panels and possibly a toilet, in one or two buildings that are assembled on-site.

ModCon housings are placed on point or edge foundations.
Since the first delivery in 2000, over 1,000 units have been successfully delivered to international projects.
