Team leader for warehouse

Do you want to help develop our warehouse function and are you passionate about streamlining and developing procedures and workflows? Then we have an exciting position available.

We would like to strengthen our warehouse team with a daily employee
manager, who will be responsible for developing and implementing
new work and business procedures and be the daily focal point and link between the warehouse function and the rest of the company. The team currently consists of two employees with high knowledge and seniority.

As a team leader, you will ensure that all orders and agreements are met,
and that the customer is always in focus at the right time and place.

The tasks are:

• Together with the rest of the team, ensure that the flow of goods from receiving to shipping is efficient, traceable and structured.
• Ensure receiving control of incoming goods and ensure control of
  outgoing deliveries.
• Together with the rest of the organization, develop and implement
  new relevant procedures and warehouse layout
• Continuously ensure updating and control of existing safety rules, occupational health and quality standards.

Requirements for you:

• You have solid experience in warehouse operations, logistics or production - preferably from a similar position.
• Experience in planning staffing, task allocation and daily operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP systems (Business
  Central or similar).
• Knowledge of LEAN (5S etc.).
• You must have a truck certificate
• You are structured and focused in your approach to tasks and are able to keep many balls in the air at once - but don't lose your footing if the plan suddenly changes.
• You are good at building relationships and know how to communicate at all
  levels with straightforward and understandable language. You must be fluent in spoken and written Danish.
• You must possess a personal drive with an infectious
  spirit to implement your ideas and decisions.
• You are a team player but can also work independently.
