Field Sales Representative for the Industrial Team

At Duelco, we are looking to further strengthen our skilled sales team, as it is important to us that both our existing and new customers and business partners see us as competent and dedicated professionals who proactively follow up on all tasks and whom they can trust.
As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for selling electrical and installation products to machine builders, panel builders, industrial customers, OEMs, and electrical contractors, primarily in Central and Northern Jutland. You will be based at your home or at the office in Aalborg, where you will be part of the Industrial Team.

Job responsibilities include:
• Proactive sales outreach to existing customers in the machine building, panel building, industrial, OEM, and electrical contracting sectors.
• Identifying new prospects and adding them to Duelco’s customer portfolio.
• Developing value-added technical solutions for our customers and, as a result, preparing quotes.
• Follow up on proposals and ensure they are converted into orders.
• In collaboration with the Back Office team, ensure that proposal submission, execution of customer orders, and follow-up are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in trade shows, primarily in Denmark and to a lesser extent abroad.
Requirements:
• You are proactive and persistent in your approach to sales, and with your strong negotiation and communication skills, you can close deals in a professional manner.
• You see opportunities for both Duelco and the customer and always focus on what creates value for both parties, thereby leading to a successful agreement.
• You have a technical education and thus possess technical understanding and insight.
• You can read and understand drawings and, based on them, draw relevant conclusions regarding the customer’s needs, agreements made, and potential consequences in situations where things do not go as planned.
• You are structured and focused in your approach to tasks and are able to juggle many responsibilities at once—but do not lose your footing if the plan suddenly changes.
• You are skilled at building relationships and know how to conduct yourself at all levels using straightforward and understandable language.
• Experience with project sales and solutions within the electrical installation industry is a plus.
• You must have an understanding of IT and be fluent in written and spoken English.
• You are a team player but can also work independently.
