Protection of personal information
Duelco strives to ensure that your personal information is protected when you use our services. We have therefore drawn up a policy on how your personal information is processed and protected. Stay updated on any changes here on our website.
This privacy policy applies only to Duelco customers and users of our online services. If you are applying for a position at Duelco, this policy does not apply.
Who is responsible for the protection of your personal data?
Duelco is responsible for the protection of the personal information you provide to us and is responsible for the protection of your personal information under the Danish Data Protection Act.

We collect the personal data you provide us with, for example when you place an order or contact our customer service. The personal data you provide us with may include contact information, date of birth and payment information. Furthermore, we may collect certain personal information from external sources, such as credit information and address updates.
What do we use your personal information for?

- Contact you in case of problems with the delivery of your goods

What are your rights?
You have the right to know at any time what personal data we have registered about you (free of charge once a year). If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have it corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your personal data when there are legal retention requirements, such as bookkeeping rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons to store the data, such as unpaid debts. Who has access to your personal information?
Your personal information may be shared with others in the Duelco Group. We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes outside the Duelco Group. Information disclosed to third parties, such as freight forwarders in connection with the delivery of the goods, media agencies in connection with the distribution of newsletters and credit information or debt collectors in connection with credit assessment, identity checks and debt collection, is only used to fulfill the above services.
How do we protect your information?
We have taken a number of technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We continuously adapt our security measures to technical progress and technical development.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or mobile device from which information is retrieved on subsequent visits. Duelco uses cookies to improve and simplify your visit. We do not use cookies to store your personal information or to pass the information on to third parties.
